We chose Equidam because the lead investor in our round suggested we use it as a basis. While the valuation came in higher than what we were ultimately able to get, it provided us with a solid basis to begin discussions and a much stronger negotiating position. We closed at a higher value than I personally expected prior to going through the Equidam process so I am quite pleased.
